Have always thought them a rock and roller's speaker for saturated, overdriven, loud, bumping, growling party jams i have had the e 315 set of speakers, for more than 6 years, mostly 80´s and hard rock, am a bass adict, i use a sansui amplifier for 750 watts rms, pioneer expander ex-9000, tei dual 18 band graphic equalizer, dennon dual cd mixer, pioneer reverb and echo efect lab, i really blast the volume on the cerwin vega e-315, even make my neighbors mad, some pictures in their wall fell off, great.
